About
Chetna Naimi, Founder, Executive Director
Chetna Mehrotra Naimi is a public health leader, epidemiologist, and community builder with more than a decade of experience designing and leading health and career pathway programs for youth and young adults in underserved communities among underserved inner city Boston youth and Native Indian Tribal communities.
Her public health journey sits at the intersection of community based public health interventions, healthcare workforce development, and youth-driven financial empowerment and innovation.
Chetna has spent years building hands-on learning opportunities that connect students directly to real-world healthcare settings, including hospitals, community health centers, and urban agriculture initiatives. Through partnerships with organizations such as Boston Medical Center and local community-based programs, she has helped create pathways that expose students to careers in pharmacy, emergency medicine, radiology, pathology, nutrition, and preventive health.
At the core of her work is a belief that health is not only clinical, it is social, environmental, and deeply tied to opportunities and resources that are presented in our life time. She is especially committed to building systems that help young people gain employability skills, grit and purpose, while also strengthening the communities they come from.
Through Health Path Labs, Chetna is developing a platform that integrates health education, workforce training, financial capacities and community-based learning into a scalable model for impact. Her vision is to expand access to meaningful career pathways in health while fostering resilience, equity, and long-term community wellbeing.
